When you fall in love, the world feels new. It's as if everything is happening for the first time. That's why we love photographing weddings. Each wedding has us falling in love over and over again—it reminds us that there is wonder and mystery in this shared life we all build together. The most aspirational thing to us is rekindling that initial spark of falling in love. We want to give you that experience with your wedding photos, perfectly captured and forever remembered. It's here, in our journal, we celebrate your love story so all can enjoy it.

Amanda sent us an email about how she wanted to do an engagement session with Chris.  One that would be full of fall colors and leaves.  Well, their Ah-Nab-Awen Park Engagement session was just that!  Early November was an ideal time for this beautiful photo shoot.  The leaves were bright and beautiful, the air cool and crisp, and the sun was shining.  We would be hard to find another picturesque fall day.

We absolutely adore couples who truly love each other and wish to celebrate that love.  Amanda and Chris wanted to do exactly that!  And they did great the entire shoot!  They were the perfect couple to shoot!  Into bushes, on the ground, across a pond, and in the cold!  They were down for anything and we are so glad they let us do our thing because their pictures turned out great!  Chris was such a trooper through the entire shoot and didn’t complain once even though Leidy wanted to keep shooting as the sun was setting.

Amanda and Chris, thank you so much for letting us capture this special time in your lives.  You guys are perfect for each other.  We got a small glimpse to see how happy you two are together!  We look forward to seeing your barn wedding in 2020!  It will be a delightful time!

Do you know where the wedding venue will be?

“Our date is 11-7-2020, we aren’t sure yet but we do know we would like a barn venue.” (Might we recommend The Little Red Barn of Nunica?  I think Kristin and Tyler would agree that it is a wonderful barn wedding venue!)

How is your relationship together unique?

“He’s so easy going.  From the moment we met, I knew he would be my husband.”

What’s one thing that drew you to Chris?

“His humor and his attentiveness, he is so sweet and caring.”Ah-Nab-Awen Park Engagement Ah-Nab-Awen Park Engagement - Image Ah-Nab-Awen Park Ah-Nab-Awen Park Engagement - Couple Ah-Nab-Awen Park Shoot Ah-Nab-Awen Park Engagement Shoot - Image Ah-Nab-Awen Park Engagement Portrait Fall Engagement Session Ah-Nab-Awen ParkFall Picture Session Ah-Nab-Awen ParkAh-Nab-Awen Park 2 Ah-Nab-Awen Park Water Shot Ah-Nab-Awen Park Outdoor Session Ah-Nab-Awen Park Engagement - Bride and Groom Ah-Nab-Awen Park Bride and GroomAh-Nab-Awen Park Engagement SessionAh-Nab-Awen
