After finishing Britney and Seth’s Grand Rapids Public Museum engagement pictures, we had mixed feelings. On one hand, a sense of accomplishment because this was the very last fall engagement session we had scheduled for the 2019 year meaning we photographed something like ~12 engagement sessions in about two months. And on the other hand, we felt a pang of longing knowing that this will be the last fall engagement session we will shoot for another 10 months. It has been a good year and we have had a LOT of fun with our beautiful couples. Britney and Seth were no exception!
We head downtown Grand Rapids to take pictures all the time. Lately, it has been nearly every weekend and sometimes twice! We have this little route well mapped out starting in Rosa Park and ending at Gerald R. Ford Museum. But one place that we have yet to go is just outside the Grand Rapids Public Museum along the Grand River. It’s funny, this is a well-known spot to local photographers and we have seen other people go down there all the time. But we ourselves never ventured down there. Maybe it is just a reluctance to be different or maybe we were just really happy with our current route. Either way, we finally ventured over to the Grand Rapids Public Museum with Britney and Seth and we are glad we did! Their pictures turned out amazing!
Hey, you two. Thank you for meeting us downtown! You both looked great for your engagement pictures and we are so happy the weather held out for a beautiful day! You guys both did an amazing job with posing and fell into each one naturally. Seth, you rocked the “nuzzle”! You are set for the wedding day. We had a really good time with both of you and it was nice to spend a little time getting to know each other better. We can’t wait for the wedding day! Here are a few of your engagement photos in your very own blog post! Talk with you soon!
