When we coach other photographers, we always tell them that before they start to shoot weddings, they should start with photographing other events. A wedding is a huge responsibility which takes a lot of skill! For us, we started with quinceaneras and while they are no less important than a wedding, quinces are just a little different! We usually call them “weddings without a groom” because they are structured just like a wedding day with a ceremony, reception, and even a “bridal party.” While we are exclusively wedding photographers now, we still do quinces from time to time because they are near and dear to Leidy’s heart! So we were excited to photograph our last scheduled quince of the 2019 at Centennial Park in Holland, Michigan in the beginning of September.
Centennial Park Holland
One of the most popular parks for photographers in Holland is Centennial Park, and once you go there it’s easy to see why. A quaint little fountain is place in the center, there is an all white gazebo, and well manicured gardens at every corner. We were thrilled to take Araceli to Centennial Park in Holland to see what we could create there! Honestly, Araceli was so gorgeous in her gold and blush quince dress that we could have taken here anywhere. She makes everything beautiful!
Leonore and Araceli
Leonor, thank you so much for choosing us to be Araceli’s quince photographers! Her dinner was beautiful and Araceli, you rocked the dances! We had a great time getting to know your friends and family. Your pictures at Centennial Park in Holland turned out amazing! We hope you love them as much as we do! Here are a few that we liked best.
