“So you are tell me that there is a castle in Michigan, and it is a wedding venue??”
It was always a dream of our to photograph a wedding in a castle. There is something about the two that make them perfect for each other. Maybe it’s because it evokes memories of the fairytale romances of our youth.
When we first learned about Castle Farms wedding venue, we thought it was too good to be true. Not only is it a castle, but it is nestled in one of the most beautiful regions of Michigan. And if that wasn’t enough, it is also a winery. So naturally, all of these elements had to be included in any Castle Farms wedding photo gallery.
We finally got our chance to do just that when with Krystal and Nolan’s beautiful early November wedding. And the universe was certainly on Krystal and Nolan’s side for their wedding because the weather was unbelievable warm. Despite their wedding taking place in early November, a time when the weather is usually in the low 30s, it was nearly 70 degrees Fahrenheit. We felt so blessed to not only participate (finally) in a Castle Farms wedding but our sweet couple got to enjoy their wedding day on such a beautiful day.
If you are ever in Charlevoix, even if you aren’t participating in a wedding, we highly recommend passing by Castle Farms simply to see such a grand structure in all of it’s majesty.
