We have been waiting all year to photograph this dreamy and romantic sunset beach engagement session! It has been WAY too long since we saw Taylor, Ricky, and Wentz last! We can hardly believe that it was last January when we did their Save-The-Date pictures at the Downtown Market in Grand Rapids.
Dreamy Sunset Beach Engagement
Summer sunset beach engagement sessions are some of our absolute favorites. The light is always romantic and dreamy, the weather is warm, and the feeling of sand between your toes put you immediately in a light and carefree mood. It’s such a good way to spend the evening, “working.” We have several beaches we liked to take our brides and grooms, but there is one private beach in Holland we LOVE the most. It’s tucked away, off the beaten path (like literally, it’s not even on the map), and the perfect setting for a semi-private engagement session. It was an absolute joy to take two of our favorite people, Taylor and Ricky, there! Oh and let us not forget about Wentz, we were also able to sneak him into this beach!

Guys, thank you SO much for meeting us in Holland to shoot your sunset beach engagement session. We were so bummed the first day when that massive summer thunderstorm rolled in at the last possible second causing us to reschedule! But it worked out in our favor because the weather on your engagement session was absolutely beautiful. We love working with you guys because you both are so giggly and happy together. It rubs off on us! That and you always bring your French Bulldog, Wentz. Who is just as happy and easy-going as his parents! We are so excited about your wedding at Loft 310 in Kalamazoo this year!!
