In West Michigan, the Ada covered bridge is a popular spot for engagement pictures. Well, to be honest, it a popular spot for a lot more than engagement pictures. Spend a few minutes there and you will see multiple photographers pass by to shoot everything from couples to seniors, to family pictures under the Ada covered bridge. It is a beautiful spot in one of the most picturesque cities in West Michigan. But because it is so popular, it can be a little busy so expect to spend some extra time between poses and shots to let people pass! Especially in the fall when everyone moves from photographing beach engagement pictures to more wooded engagement pictures!
Ada Covered Bridge Engagement
Very near the Ada covered bridge is one of our favorite parks, Ada Park. The well-manicured trails, a small pond, fountain, and even a small walking bridge also bring a lot of photographers to the park. But the park has much more space than the narrow covered bridge and there are picture-perfect spots around every corner. One of our favorite shots to take in the fall is a “raining leaves” shot. What we love about Ada Park are all the low hanging branches full of colorful leaves just waiting for Josh to climb up and shake them down! The day we met with Raine and Scott there was literally, the perfect fall day. Bright blue sky with just a few fluffy white clouds and the weather was an unusually warm 65 degrees Fahrenheit. It was stunning!
Raine And Scott
Raine and Scott, thank you so much for meeting us on this BEAUTIFUL fall day for your engagement pictures! We cannot wait for the wedding day, it’s going to be here before we know it and it will be a great time! And thank you for bringing the adorable Flynn Rider along! He is the cutest corgi with a curious little puppy mind. We also want to thank your amazing parents for taking the time to spend the afternoon with us. They are wonderfully supportive, we love it! We hope you both had an excellent date night after your engagement session. Here are just a few of your engagement pictures from the session. More to come soon!
