When you fall in love, the world feels new. It's as if everything is happening for the first time. That's why we love photographing weddings. Each wedding has us falling in love over and over again—it reminds us that there is wonder and mystery in this shared life we all build together. We always have fun on shoots but we weren’t expecting just how much Molly and Steve’s Grand Haven Beach engagement pictures would be. First off, they brought their adorable French Bulldog, Leo. He stole our heart and reminded us of our favorite Frenchie, Wentz, from Taylor and Ricky’s Holland beach engagement. Leo did so well for how cold it was outside. And we mean, really cold. It is always windier on the lakeshore which is why the beach looks so spectacular this winter day. The wind blows the fresh lake water ashore where it freezes to look almost like the Salt Flats of Utah. And to make the whole thing all the better, we ran into the extremely talented Shore and Summit took some behind the scenes footage of us. Both the Grand Haven Beach engagement pictures we took and the behind the scenes turned out amazing.
