Wow, we finally did it, guys! Our first December wedding of 2019 and one of the last of the year. It feels like just yesterday it was June and we just finished Allyson and Derek’s Romantic Michigan Country Engagement. We have been looking forward to their wedding at Macatawa Legends all year long. Allyson and Derek are two of the sweetest people! In Michigan, you never know if there will be snow for a December wedding. Sometimes there is, but even when there is no snow, the winter can still be beautiful! Allyson and Derek’s wedding there was no snow and just by looking at the pictures, you could hardly tell it was December!
Macatawa Legends Holland Wedding
It has been a few years since we have last been to Macatawaw Legends. Since then, they have remodeled the upstairs to a gorgeous venue space overlooking the golf course. The venue space was stunning with huge floor to ceiling windows directly facing the sunset over the golf course letting the evening sunlight in. And let’s not forget to mention the friendly staff! Never before have we had so many staff members offer to give us a hand while we set up to photograph the reception space. We cannot wait to go back!
Allyson And Derek
Allyson and Derek, thank you so much for asking us to be your wedding photographers! Your wedding at Macatawa Legends in Holland, Michigan was gorgeous. We had a great time with your friends and family. Taylor’s maid of honor speech had us cracking up with the pizza baking story. You might be doing more cooking than you thought Derek! We are so happy you guys got to take off for a honeymoon right away. The relaxation and sunshine are well earned! Don’t worry, you didn’t miss anything here in Michigan but some cold weather. Stay in touch you two! We can’t wait to see you again!
