When you fall in love, the world feels new. It's as if everything is happening for the first time. That's why we love photographing weddings. Each wedding has us falling in love over and over again—it reminds us that there is wonder and mystery in this shared life we all build together. The most aspirational thing to us is rekindling that initial spark of falling in love. We want to give you that experience with your wedding photos, perfectly captured and forever remembered. Melissa and Evan’s wedding at the Kalamazoo Country Club certainly came at the perfect time. While the whole world was preparing for the unpredictable journey of COVID-19, we were miraculously able to take a moment from the anxiety to celebrate something wonderful.

There were so many carefully thought-out details and planning that went into Melissa and Evan’s wedding. We were so glad it all came together beautifully and at just the right time.

Shortly after their wedding, the entire state of Michigan went on quarantined and eventually lockdown. We will always look back on Melissa and Evan’s wedding as a reminder that even during the most unpredictable of times, there is still love, hope, and connection in this world.
