my album?
You’ll receive your first design draft within one week of ordering. Once you approve the layout and cover details, production and delivery typically take 4–6 weeks.
Can I request changes to my album design?
Absolutely. Every album is designed by us and refined with your feedback until it’s perfect. Nothing is printed until you’re completely in love with it.
Can I choose my album
cover color?
Yes — after your design is finalized, we’ll reach out to confirm your preferred cover color and personalization details before printing.
Do you offer parent albums or smaller duplicates?
Yes. Our Petite Album is the perfect size for parent gifts or companion keepsakes. It’s available at a reduced price when ordered with your Heirloom or Signature Album.
